Bridgton – Howell Laboratories, Inc. (HLI) is proud to announce that it has recently purchased ODAT Machine, Inc. (ODAT) from its owners, Dick and Roxanna Pratt; ODAT will now become a division of HLI. Norway Savings Bank provided financing for the purchase.
Joseph McDonnell, President of HLI, stated, “The acquisition of ODAT will allow HLI to expand its footprint in US Naval shipbuilding, because ODAT is a proud supplier of components to the US Submarine program (which HLI is not).
